Schiller DuCanto & Fleck is pleased to announce that Adam Zebelian will moderate the virtual CLE program “Advancing LGBTQIA+ Diversity & Inclusion in the Law” hosted by the Women’s Bar Association Diversity Committee on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m. CST.The panel, which includes the Honorable Mary Marubio, Kevin Lichtenberg, August Hieber, and Vincent Rizzo will discuss LGBTQIA+ trends, how attorneys can advocate for colleagues and clients, and ways in which the law can help advance LGBTQIA+ diversity and inclusion. Adam will be joined by co-moderator Debjani Desai as they guide the conversation on the unique challenges the LGBTQIA+ community faces and how legislation and the law is being weaponized against the LGBTQIA+ community.Passionate about helping others, Adam dedicates much of his time to give back to the community. Among his many leadership roles, he serves as the Vice President of LAGBAC, Chicago’s LGBTQ+ Bar Association, and is the co-chair of the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois Family Law Committee.
