Schiller DuCanto & Fleck is pleased to announce that Anita Ventrelli recently shared insights on cross examining expert witnesses as part of the 2021 Fall Family Law CLE hosted by the West Virginia State Bar Association on Monday, October 18 at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center in Charleston, West Virginia.As part of the CLE seminar, Anita discussed how skilled litigators set the stage for and conduct incisive expert witness cross examination both as to bias and as to their opinions and conclusions.Attorneys who do so experience greater successes at trial and more effectively present the evidence that Judges want to hear. Anita focuses her practice on high net worth divorce and has represented professionals, athletes, entrepreneurs, celebrities, and those who value their wealth, lifestyle, and well-being. She is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, a fellow of the elite American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and an adjunct professor at DePaul University College of Law as well as a member of the law school’s Advisory Board.
